The SME IPO, which closed on August 29, 2025, witnessed a record subscription with a total subscription of 184.20 times, driven by robust participation from retail, HNI, and institutional categories.

Established in 2005 and turned into a public firm in 2024, Sattva Engineering Construction is an EPC player in the business of water supply schemes, sewerage networks, sewage treatment plants, and water treatment plants. The company also builds residential infrastructure projects and possesses several ISO certifications and Class I contractor status with the government and municipal bodies.

Sattva Engineering Construction IPO attracted a record amount of demand from all types of investors.
