New Delhi, September 2 – 13 companies are all set to launch their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) after getting the regulator’s (SEBI) approval. The list includes recognisable consumer and technology-driven companies like Urban Company and Imagine Marketing, owner of the wearables brand boAt, along with various other companies in pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, energy, and logistics.

Companies Approved

Sebi has approved a variety of companies from different sectors to go public. The approvals included Urban Company, Imagine Marketing (boAt), Juniper Green Energy, Allchem Lifescience, Omnitech Engineering, KSH International, Ravi Infrabuild Projects, Mouri Tech, Priority Jewels, Corona Remedies, Om Freight Forwarders, Jain Resource Recycling, and Pace Digitek.

These companies filed their draft red herring prospectuses between March and June. The observation letters were issued between August 1 and August 29, thereby allowing them to proceed with their IPO plans.

Key Details on Upcoming Issues

Urban Company has a plan to raise ₹1,900 crore from the IPO, which will include a fresh issue of ₹429 crore. At the same time, existing investors Accel India, Elevation Capital, Bessemer India Capital Holdings II Ltd, Internet Fund V Pte. Ltd and VYC11 Ltd will offload ₹1,471 crore of shares through the Offer for Sale (OFS) route.

Imagine Marketing (boAt) filed its draft papers in April via SEBI’s confidential pre-filing route. This procedure allows companies to postpone public disclosure of certain information about the company until later stages in the process.

Primary Market Momentum

The regulatory approvals have come at the same time as strong activity in India’s capital markets. To date, in 2025, 50 companies have debuted, with over a dozen doing so in just August, reflecting strong investor interest.
