SEDEMAC Mechatronics IPO Subscribed 27 Times on Day 1 

SEDEMAC Mechatronics IPO opened for subscription on March 4, 2026. The public issue is a book-built offer aggregating approximately ₹1,087.45 crore through an offer for sale of 0.80 crore shares. 

The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹1,287 to ₹1,352 per share, with a minimum lot size of 11 shares. The issue will remain open for bidding until March 6, 2026 and the shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.

ICICI Securities Ltd. is the book running lead manager to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar. 

SEDEMAC Mechatronics IPO recorded an overall subscription of 0.27 times on Day 1 of bidding. As of 6:54 PM on March 4, 2026, the QIB (Ex-Anchor) portion was subscribed 0.87 times, while Retail and NII categories saw subscriptions of 0.03 times and 0.01 times respectively.
