Mumbai, July 1:Seemax Resources IPO was subscribed 3.09 times by 10:59 AM on July 1, 2026 (Day 2). The book-built SME issue, which opened for bidding on June 30, 2026, will remain available for subscription until July 2, 2026.

The second day of bidding saw the issue continue to attract strong institutional and non-institutional demand. While qualified institutional buyers (excluding anchor investors) remained heavily subscribed, retail participation also improved compared with the opening day, although it was yet to reach full subscription.

The ₹19.74 crore IPO is entirely a fresh issue of 14 lakh equity shares. The company has fixed the price band at ₹134 to ₹141 per share, with investors required to bid in lots of 1,000 shares.
