Mumbai, September 22: Shakti Polytarp shares made their debut on the BSE SME platform on Tuesday at ₹58.90 per share, marginally below the IPO issue price of ₹59. The stock later moved to ₹59 at around 10:13 AM IST, recovering from an early-session low of ₹57.

The listing followed Shakti Polytarp’s ₹26.93 crore IPO, which was entirely a fresh issue of 45.64 lakh shares. The issue received 11.87 times subscription at the close of bidding.

Shakti Polytarp Lists At ₹58.90 Against ₹59 IPO Price

Shakti Polytarp opened trading at ₹58.90 per share on BSE SME, compared with the final IPO price of ₹59.

The stock started its debut almost in line with the issue price and initially traded around the ₹58.90 level. It subsequently moved lower to ₹57 before recovering during the morning session.

At around 10:13 AM IST, the stock was trading at ₹59, back at its IPO issue price.

Shares Recover From ₹57 To ₹59

Shakti Polytarp shares had fallen to ₹57 during early trade before moving back to ₹59. The recovery from ₹57 to ₹59 represents a rise of around 3.51%.

At ₹59, the stock was ₹0.10 above its listing price of ₹58.90, translating into a gain of around 0.17% from the debut level.

The stock was also trading exactly at its IPO issue price at the latest snapshot.

₹26.93 Crore IPO Was Entirely A Fresh Issue

Shakti Polytarp raised ₹26.93 crore through a fresh issue of 45.64 lakh shares. The IPO did not include an offer-for-sale component.

Of the total issue, 2.30 lakh shares were reserved for the market maker, while the net offer to the public stood at 43.34 lakh shares.

The company had fixed the IPO price at ₹59 per share, with the price band set at ₹56–59.

IPO Received 11.87 Times Subscription

The Shakti Polytarp IPO received overall subscription of 11.87 times, with bids for 4.16 crore shares against 35.12 lakh shares considered for the subscription calculation.

The QIB category excluding the anchor portion was subscribed 49.22 times, while the NII category received 5.43 times subscription. The retail portion was subscribed 4.12 times.

The issue received a total of 2,173 applications, according to the final subscription data.

QIB Demand Led Final Subscription

The QIB portion excluding anchor investors had 5.64 lakh shares available and received bids for 2.78 crore shares.

Within the NII category, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 6.11 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh received 4.05 times subscription.

Retail Investors Needed ₹2.36 Lakh For One Lot

The minimum retail application was fixed at 4,000 shares. At the IPO price of ₹59 per share, one retail lot required an investment of ₹2.36 lakh.

The minimum application for S-HNI investors was 6,000 shares, requiring ₹3.54 lakh at the issue price.

Shakti Polytarp Shares Return To IPO Price After Early Dip

Shakti Polytarp shares listed at ₹58.90 on BSE SME against the ₹59 IPO price. After slipping to ₹57 during early trade, the stock recovered to ₹59 at around 10:13 AM IST on September 22, 2026.

At ₹59, the shares were 0.17% above the listing price and were trading in line with the IPO issue price. The movement came after the ₹26.93 crore IPO received 11.87 times overall subscription, led by 49.22 times subscription in the QIB category excluding anchor investors.
