Shivam Pipe Industries, a 51% subsidiary of KD Green Industries, has secured an approximately ₹7.55 crore order for galvanised steel tubular poles for a BSNL BharatNet project.

Mumbai July, 23: KD Green Industries Limited said its subsidiary Shivam Pipe Industries has secured an order worth approximately ₹7.55 crore for the supply of galvanised steel tubular poles for a Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited project.
Shivam Pipes, in which KD Green Industries holds a 51% stake, received the order from a contractor executing the project for BSNL, according to the company’s exchange disclosure.
The supply forms part of BharatNet Phase III, NER-1 Package under the Amended BharatNet Programme. The company did not disclose the name of the contractor or an execution timeline in the filing.
Shivam Pipes will supply galvanised steel tubular poles under its Xtech brand. The subsidiary is already a registered vendor with multiple electricity utilities across the North Eastern states as well as BSNL, the company said.
The latest contract adds to Shivam Pipes’ order activity in telecom infrastructure, where tubular poles are used to support network deployment and related infrastructure.
