Mumbai, September 30: Shivchem Agro IPO closed for subscription on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, after receiving bids for 47,14,000 shares against 21,46,000 shares offered to the public. The issue was subscribed 2.20 times overall.
The individual investors category was subscribed 3.50 times, while the NII category was subscribed 1.00 times. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion was also subscribed 1.00 times.
The IPO opened for subscription on September 28, 2026, and is now closed for subscription.
Shivchem Agro IPO Subscription Status
The individual investors category received bids for 35,88,000 shares against 10,24,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 3.50 times.
The NII category received bids for 10,18,000 shares against 10,14,000 shares available, taking the subscription to 1.00 times.
Within the NII segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 0.97 times, while the sNII portion was subscribed 1.08 times.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 1,08,000 shares against 1,08,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 1.00 times.
The market maker portion of 1,14,000 shares was also fully subscribed.

Shivchem Agro IPO Details
Shivchem Agro IPO is a ₹14.01 crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 22.60 lakh shares.

Incorporated in September 2021, Shivchem Agro Limited is an agrochemical company engaged in the manufacturing, stocking, distribution and sale of agricultural formulations.
The company offers a diversified portfolio of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, rodenticides and fertilizers. As of the date of the Red Herring Prospectus, the company was licensed to manufacture 176 agrochemical products, including 88 insecticides, 40 fungicides, 37 herbicides, 8 plant growth regulators and 3 rodenticides. It also had authorization for manufacturing 82 fertilizers, of which it currently manufactures 8.
