Shreeji Shipping Global Debuts at ₹270, Ends Flat After Losing Early Listing Gains

Mumbai, August 26, 2025: Shreeji Shipping Global Limited (NSE: SHREEJISPG) made its debut at a premium of approximately 7.9% on Tuesday, opening at ₹270 on the NSE and ₹271.85 on the BSE, as against Shreeji Shipping Global Limited IPO price of ₹252. The base, which had an IPO of ₹411 crore IPO that was open on August 19-21, consisted of a new issue of 1.63 crore shares.
Listing Day Performance
As illustrated, the share opened with a listing gain of ₹18 per share (approximately 8%) and had a high-low range of ₹275 and ₹253 (intraday). The share closed at ₹255.10, slightly over the IPO price but losing the majority of listing gains during the day’s trade. The trading volume was on a higher side (1.41 crores) for the day.

Shreeji Shipping Global Limited’s public issue closed on 21 August 2025, witnessed an overwhelming response with an overall subscription of 58.13 times, reflecting strong investor demand. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) category led the rally with bids at 110.41 times, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) showed equally impressive interest at 72.70 times. Retail Individual Investors (RII) also demonstrated robust participation, subscribing 21.94 times. The exceptional subscription across all categories underscores the high level of confidence investors have in the company’s growth prospects.
