Shreyas Fabtech Files DRHP for IPO on NSE Emerge

Nasik, September 30, 2025: Shreyas Fabtech Limited has announced that it has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for its IPO. The shares are proposed to be listed on NSE Emerge. The pre-IPO placement, if any, will be up to ₹8 crore and the equity share capital (post amendment) will be 2.20 crore shares of ₹10 each.
The company will use the proceeds from the IPO for working capital requirements, capital expenditure for plant and machinery, and for general corporate purposes.
Shreyas Fabtech Limited was incorporated in October 2022 and later acquired the business of M/s Shreyas Engineers through a Business Transfer Agreement in August 2023. The company manufactures and supplies fabricated and press parts such as telecommunication parts, diesel engine parts, engine brackets, weighbridges, and deep-drawn parts. It mainly caters to industries including telecom, diesel engines, and infrastructure. In FY24, the company also acquired Shreyas Fabtech Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary in Houston, USA, which acts as a warehouse facility for its products. The company is headquartered in Nasik, Maharashtra.
Shreyas Fabtech IPO Revenue from Operations At ₹9,689.02 Lakh
In FY25, the revenue from operations of the company stood at ₹9,689.02 lakh, up from ₹6,532.48 lakh in FY24, and ₹3,705.50 lakh in FY23. The company’s profit after tax was ₹1,247.06 lakh in FY25, compared to ₹718.18 lakh in FY24, and ₹380.34 lakh in FY23.
