Mumbai, October 31, 2025: In a recent regulatory filing, Shriram Finance Ltd (NSE: SHRIRAMFIN, BSE: 511218) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 2025. The company declared an interim dividend of 240% (₹4.80 per share), with November 7, 2025, as the record date and payment expected by November 30, 2025. Following the announcement of strong quarterly results and the interim dividend, Shriram Finance’s shares hit a new 52-week high of ₹769.80
Key Financial Highlights (Standalone)
The company reported robust financial performance in Q2 FY26, with total income rising 18% year-on-year to ₹11,916.7 crore, up from ₹10,096.7 crore in Q2 FY25. Net interest income climbed 11.8% to ₹6,266.8 crore, compared with ₹5,606.7 crore in the same quarter last year. Profit after tax (PAT) grew 11.4% to ₹2,307.2 crore, while earnings per share (EPS) increased 11.3% to ₹12.27, against ₹11.02 in Q2 FY25. For the first half of FY26, the company’s PAT rose 10.1% to ₹4,462.9 crore, and total income surged 19.1% to ₹23,458.5 crore, reflecting sustained operational and financial momentum.
Asset and Balance Sheet Metrics
The balance sheet of the company also had an overall positive outlook as the company’s Assets under Management (AUM) reached ₹2,81,309 crore as of September 30, 2025, and increased by 15.74% YoY from ₹2,43,043 crore. The net stage 3 assets for the quarter were ₹67,884 crore with a coverage ratio of 46.7%. The capital adequacy ratio (CAR) reflected a healthy capital position at 20.68%. The book value per share for the company reached ₹321.13, up 15.8% YoY, while its total assets reached ₹2,98,987 crore, compared to ₹2,93,763 crore in March 2025.

The shares opened in green at ₹733.45, and quickly reached a new 52-week high of ₹769.80.
