Ahmedabad, September 22, 2025:  The ₹69 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Siddhi Cotspin Limited IPO  continued to draw robust interest on the second day of bidding. Siddhi Cotspin IPO has been subscribed 3.06 times until now. The public issue subscribed 0.52 times in the individual investors category, 13.92 times in QIB (Ex Anchor), and 5.43 times in the NII category by September 22, 2025 2:09:09 PM (Day 2).

Market Maker Segment Sees Steady 1x Subscription Raising ₹3.50 Crore

The market maker category recorded a 1x subscription, with 3,24,000 shares offered and 3,24,000 shares bid for, generating a total of ₹3.50 crore. This steady uptake reflects a balanced demand in the segment, maintaining the allocated quota without oversubscription.

QIB (Ex Anchor) Bids Soar 13.92x, Total Amount Hits ₹92.35 Crore Across 4 Applications

Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), excluding anchor investors, demonstrated strong interest with a 13.92x subscription. Of 6,14,400 shares offered, 85,51,200 shares were bid for, amounting to ₹92.35 crore across 4 applications. This significant oversubscription highlights robust institutional participation in the issue.

Non-Institutional Buyers Subscribe 5.43x, Contributing ₹78.19 Crore from 34 Applications

Non-institutional investors subscribed 5.43x, with 13,34,400 shares offered and 72,39,600 shares bid for, collectively raising ₹78.19 crore across 34 applications. Within this segment:

  • bNII (Bids Above ₹10L) Surge 9.08x to ₹76.67 Crore: High-value bids dominated this segment, with 7,81,600 shares offered and 70,99,200 shares bid for.
  • sNII (Bids Below ₹10L) Minimal at 0.25x, Raising ₹1.52 Crore: Lower-value bids saw modest participation, with 5,52,000 shares offered and 1,40,400 shares bid for.

Individual Investors Bidding for Two Lots Contribute ₹21.57 Crore with 0.52x Subscription Across 832 Applications

Individual investors who applied for two lots registered a 0.52x subscription, with 38,71,200 shares offered and 19,96,800 shares bid for, raising ₹21.57 crore across 832 applications. This indicates measured interest among retail investors for smaller allocations.

Overall Issue Subscription Hits 3.06x, Total Bids Amount to ₹192.11 Crore from 870 Applications

In aggregate, the issue saw a 3.06x subscription, with 58,20,000 shares offered and 1,77,87,600 shares bid for, accumulating a total of ₹192.11 crore from 870 applications. The data reflects balanced participation across institutional and retail segments, with oversubscription driven primarily by QIBs and high-value non-institutional bids.

With two more days left for bidding, momentum is expected to accelerate further, especially from retail investors. The company’s shares are scheduled to list on the NSE Emerge platform on September 26, 2025.
