Mumbai, 10 October 2025: Sihora Industries Limited’s ₹10.56 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) commenced on Friday, 10 October 2025, with retail investors showing initial interest. The issue, priced at ₹66 per share, is scheduled to close on Tuesday, 14 October 2025.

Established in 2023 and headquartered in Surat, Gujarat, Sihora Industries Limited manufactures narrow woven fabrics, laces, ribbons, elastics, and zippers for garment and industrial textile applications. The company operates a single integrated facility and plans to enhance automation and capacity through IPO funding.

Retail Investors Drive Early Demand in Sihora Industries IPO

As of 4:44 PM on the first day of the subscription, the Sihora Industries IPO was subscribed 0.30 times, with retail individual investors bidding for 1.76 lakh shares against the 7.60 lakh shares allocated to them. Non-Institutional Investors (NII) subscribed 0.37 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) did not place any bids. The total subscription amounted to 4.58 lakh shares out of the 15.20 lakh shares on offer.
