Snowman Logistics Q2FY26 Results: Reports Net Loss of ₹2.91 Crore; Stock Plummets by 5.33%

New Delhi, November 4, 2025 – Snowman Logistics Limited (NSE: SNOWMAN, BSE: 538635) has reported its financial results for the second quarter of the current financial year (Q2 FY26). The company has posted a net loss of ₹2.91 crore for the given quarter, which is significantly lower than the net profit reported by the company in the preceding quarter. The revenue remained stable, but higher operating and financing costs affected the company’s profitability.
The shares of Snowman Logistics plummeted significantly after the earnings reports were published. At 03:10 PM, the stock traded at 48.70, down by 5.33% from the closing price of the previous day.
Financial Performance Overview and Segmental Analysis
The company reported total income of ₹156.22 for the second quarter. It indicates an 8.1% rise (year on year) but a 4.4% sequential quarter-on-quarter fall that is largely attributed to reduced warehousing and distribution volumes. The employee and depreciation costs were also higher than the previous quarter, and they pushed the total expenses to ₹160.44 crore. Overall, it resulted in a net loss of ₹2.91 crore.
Segment-wise, warehousing and trading services showed YoY growth, while transportation services dipped due to lower freight volumes and fuel cost adjustments. Warehousing remained the top revenue contributor at ₹61.02 crore.
Management Commentary
The top management underlined that the company is focused on investing strategically in expanding its logistics and cold chain infrastructure. The Chairman of the Board, Mr Prem Kishan Dass Gupta, underlined that the management has complete confidence in the company’s operational efficiency and the upcoming capacity enhancement will help in achieving the financial results more effectively.
Stock Performance
At 03:10 PM, the share traded at ₹ 48.70, down by 5.33% from the previous day. The share started in green and traded sideways throughout the morning and early afternoon period. However, after the earnings announcement, it plummeted due to heavy selling pressure. After today’s fall, the stock has plummeted by close to 9.80% in the past month. Today’s low was ₹48.50, which drags the scrip closer to the 52-week low range of ₹43.00.
The company is a listed cold chain and integrated logistics service provider. Snowman Logistics Limited was incorporated in 1993 and offers warehousing, distribution, and transportation services to its clients across the country. It’s a subsidiary of Gateway Distriparks Limited. The company primarily focuses on core sectors such as FMCG, Pharma, and QSR and has a pan-India presence.
