Mumbai, September 24, 2026: Shares of Sonaselection India made their stock market debut at ₹102.31 per share on NSE on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The listing price was ₹3.31, or 3.34%, above the company’s final IPO price of ₹99 per share.

The debut followed the company’s ₹141.57 crore initial public offering, which comprised an entirely fresh issue of 1.43 crore shares. The IPO received 2.01 times overall subscription during the bidding period from September 17 to September 21.

Sonaselection India Shares Rise To ₹107.42 After Listing

Following the debut, Sonaselection India shares moved higher during the early trading session. At 10:08 AM IST, the stock was trading at ₹107.42, according to the market snapshot.

The price was ₹5.11, or 4.99%, above the listing price of ₹102.31. Compared with the ₹99 IPO price, the stock was trading ₹8.42, or 8.51%, higher at the time of the snapshot.

The issue attracted 65,491 applications during the three-day bidding period.

QIBs Received 20% Of Public Offer

The IPO structure provided for 28,60,000 shares for QIBs excluding the anchor portion, while the NII category was offered 21,45,000 shares. Retail investors were allotted 50,05,000 shares.

The company had also allotted 42,90,000 shares to anchor investors ahead of the public issue.

IPO Price Was Fixed At ₹99 Per Share

Sonaselection India had set its price band at ₹94–₹99 per share and fixed the final issue price at the upper end of the band at ₹99.

The retail lot size was 150 shares, taking the minimum application amount to ₹14,850 at the final issue price.

The shares were listed on both NSE and BSE on September 24, following the completion of allotment and credit of shares to eligible investors.
