Mumbai, March 20: Speciality Medicines IPO, a ₹29.14 crore book-built issue, opened for subscription on March 20, 2026, and will close on March 24, 2026. The offering comprises a fresh issue of 23.5 lakh shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹117 to ₹124 per share.

The IPO is proposed to list on the BSE SME platform, with the tentative listing date scheduled for March 30, 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on March 25, 2026.

Brief Overview Of The IPO

Speciality Medicines IPO is a ₹29.14 crore issue consisting entirely of a fresh issue of 23,50,000 shares. The price band is set at ₹117 to ₹124 per share, with a lot size of 1,000 shares.
