Mumbai, September 29: SRIT India IPO was subscribed 4.16 times by the end of Day 2 of bidding on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The ₹218.40 crore IPO received bids for 4,89,02,830 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares offered to investors.
The retail portion was subscribed 6.05 times, while the NII category was subscribed 5.25 times. The QIB (Ex Anchor) portion saw a subscription of 0.03 times by the end of Day 2.
The SRIT India IPO will remain open for subscription on September 30, 2026, which is the final day of bidding.
SRIT India IPO Subscription Status
The retail category received bids for 3,55,62,370 shares against 58,80,000 shares offered, taking the subscription to 6.05 times.
The NII category received bids for 1,32,35,695 shares against 25,20,000 shares available, resulting in a subscription of 5.25 times.
Within the NII segment, the bNII portion was subscribed 3.61 times, while the sNII portion was subscribed 8.53 times.
The QIB (Ex Anchor) category received bids for 1,04,765 shares against 33,60,000 shares offered, resulting in a subscription of 0.03 times.
Overall, the issue received bids for 4,89,02,830 shares against 1,17,60,000 shares offered, taking the overall subscription to 4.16 times.
The total amount of bids stood at ₹635.737 crore, calculated at the upper end of the IPO price band.
The issue had received 2,77,538 applications as of the latest update.

SRIT India IPO is a ₹218.40 crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares.
The IPO has a price band of ₹123 to ₹130 per share. The lot size is 115 shares, making the minimum investment for a retail investor ₹14,950 at the upper end of the price band.
The IPO opened for subscription on September 28, 2026, and will close on September 30, 2026.

SRIT India IPO Anchor Investors
SRIT India IPO raised ₹65.52 crore from anchor investors ahead of the public issue.
The anchor bidding took place on September 25, 2026, with 50,40,000 shares offered to anchor investors.
The lock-in period for 50% of the anchor shares ends on October 31, 2026, while the lock-in period for the remaining shares ends on December 30, 2026.
