Mumbai, October 6: SRIT India shares made their market debut above the IPO issue price on October 6, 2026, listing at ₹148 on the NSE against the final issue price of ₹130 per share, clocking a premium of 13.85%..
IPO Structure And Issue Details
The SRIT India IPO was an entirely fresh issue of 1.68 crore shares, aggregating to ₹218.40 crore. There was no offer-for-sale component in the issue, meaning the entire proceeds from the public issue were through newly issued equity shares.
The IPO opened for subscription on September 28, 2026, and closed on September 30, 2026. The price band was fixed at ₹123–₹130 per share, with the final issue price set at ₹130.
The lot size was 115 shares, requiring a minimum retail application of ₹14,950 at the upper end of the price band. The shares were scheduled for listing on both the NSE and BSE on October 6, 2026.
IPO Subscription Data
The SRIT India IPO was subscribed 125.16 times overall during the three-day bidding period. The QIB portion was subscribed 91.84 times, while the NII category saw subscription of 312.99 times.
The retail portion was subscribed 63.70 times. Within the NII segment, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 355.80 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 227.37 times.
The issue received a total of 31,09,304 applications, according to the final subscription data. The total shares offered, excluding the anchor portion, stood at 1.17 crore shares.
SRIT India completed its IPO process with the shares listing on both exchanges on October 6, 2026, following the finalisation of allotment on October 1.
