Subex Secures US$5 Million APAC Telecom Deal; Shares Rise 14.15%

Subex has secured a five-year, US$5 million contract from a major APAC mobile network operator to modernise its Partner Ecosystem Management operations, while shares rise 14.15%.

Mumbai, September 23: Subex has secured a five-year contract worth US$5 million from a major mobile network operator in the Asia Pacific region to modernise its Partner Ecosystem Management operations.
According to the exchange filing, the international engagement will deploy Subex’s Partner Ecosystem Management solutions to help the telecom operator manage a wide network of partners and bring new partnerships and business models into operation faster.
The operator’s wholesale business spans voice, messaging, data, 5G, IoT partnerships, international connectivity, interconnect, MVNO and wholesale buy-sell relationships. Subex will consolidate these different business lines on a convergent platform covering partner management, billing, routing and settlement.
The contract has a value of US$5 million and runs for five years, with an option to extend the engagement by another two years subject to an upward revision of commercial terms.

Subex shares were trading at ₹22.11 as of 1:02 PM IST on September 23, 2026, up ₹2.74, or 14.15%, according to the market data shown.
The stock started the session around ₹19.80 and moved higher through the morning. It crossed ₹21 around 10:20 AM before consolidating above ₹20 for much of the afternoon. The stock then moved towards ₹22 and reached ₹22.11 at the latest quoted time.
The Subex share price was therefore up 14.15% as the company disclosed the new international telecom contract.

Deal Targets 5G And Wholesale Revenue Opportunities
The new engagement comes as telecom operators across the APAC region expand investments in 5G, wholesale services and partner-led business models.
Subex said the selected operator has a diverse partner ecosystem covering multiple telecommunications and connectivity businesses. Bringing these operations onto a unified platform is expected to help the operator onboard partners and new business models while improving the management of billing, routing and settlements.
The company said the platform will also provide an operational foundation to capture opportunities emerging from 5G and wholesale services.

Subex Expands AI-Led Telecom Solutions
Subex is a telecom AI solutions company serving Communications Service Providers (CSPs) globally. The company has more than 30 years of experience in business optimisation and analytics.
Its portfolio includes Business Assurance, Fraud Management and Partner Ecosystem Management solutions. Subex said its platforms help telecom operators address revenue leakage, manage fraud and improve partner settlements through AI-powered automation and analytics.
The latest contract strengthens the company’s Partner Ecosystem Management business at a time when telecom operators are managing increasingly complex relationships across connectivity, wholesale and emerging 5G services.
Subex Builds Partner Ecosystem Management Business
Partner Ecosystem Management is becoming increasingly important for telecom operators as their business models extend beyond traditional voice and data services.
Subex’s latest engagement covers multiple partner-led operations and is designed to bring them onto a single platform. The five-year contract also provides a longer-term engagement with the APAC operator, with a potential two-year extension subject to revised commercial terms.
The company said the mandate reinforces its focus on helping telecom operators simplify complex partner ecosystems and pursue new revenue opportunities.
