Mumbai, August 21: Following the close of the subscription period, Sunshine Pictures IPO allotment status is awaited on August 21, 2026, after the ₹282.14 crore issue drew bids for more than 58 crore shares. The IPO was subscribed 105.81 times overall, according to the subscription data provided for the issue.

The IPO opened for subscription on August 18, 2026 and closed on August 20, 2026. The issue comprised a fresh issue of 48,00,034 shares worth ₹172.80 crore and an offer for sale of 30,37,157 shares worth ₹109.34 crore.
