Mumbai, August 20: The Sunshine Pictures IPO saw a sharp increase in bidding as the issue entered its final day. As of 10:08 AM on August 20, 2026, the IPO had been subscribed 20.81 times overall.
The non-institutional investor (NII) portion was the most heavily subscribed at 42.87 times, while the retail category was subscribed 23.15 times. The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion, excluding the anchor allocation, stood at 0.16 times at the latest update.
The ₹282.14 crore IPO opened for subscription on August 18 and is scheduled to close today, August 20. The issue comprises a fresh issue worth ₹172.80 crore and an offer for sale of ₹109.34 crore.

The issue had received 13,76,027 applications by the time of the update. The total subscription calculation does not include the portion already allotted to anchor investors.

The NII segment continued to account for the strongest demand in the issue. Its overall subscription stood at 42.87 times, with the sNII portion receiving bids worth 55.05 times the shares available.
The bNII category was subscribed 36.77 times. Retail investors also showed considerable participation, with their portion subscribed 23.15 times.
The QIB portion available after excluding the anchor allocation remained below full subscription at 0.16 times.
