Sunsky Logistics IPO Lists at ₹51; Makes Strong Debut on BSE

Mumbai, October 8, 2025: Sunsky Logistics Limited’s IPO share price made a strong debut on BSE SME today, on October 8. The shares listed at ₹51 against the issue price of ₹46, marking a 10.9% premium. As of 1:45 PM, the shares were up by 16.41%, or 7.55 points, and were trading at ₹53.55. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹53.55 and ₹50. The traded volume stood at 32.40 lakh shares.

Sunsky Logistics Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in providing integrated logistics solutions (3PL). The company was established in 2020 and is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The shares of the company are listed on the BSE SME with the code 544566.

Sunsky Logistics IPO Overall Subscription At 1.44 Times

The IPO received a total subscription of 1.44 times. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category was subscribed 2.01 times, with 34,71,000 bids for 17,28,000 shares. The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) category was subscribed 0.93 times, bidding for 16,08,000 shares against 117,28,000 offered. Overall, 50,88,000 shares were bid for out of 34,74,000 offered.

The strong debut by the company on BSE SME shows that investors are optimistic about the company’s long-term potential in the 3PL segment. It remains to be seen if the shares can sustain the current momentum or will fall if faced by selling pressure from investors trying to book listing gains.
