New Delhi, June 26, 2025 — The IPO of Suntech Infra Solutions Limited saw a blockbuster response from investors on the second day of bidding, with the issue getting subscribed 17.80 times overall. With over 6.57 crore shares bid for against the issue size of 36.92 lakh shares, the SME offering has already crossed subscription milestones across all investor categories.

Strong Retail Response Drives Momentum

Retail participation was the standout, with over 31,000 applications received and over 5 crore shares bid, marking a 13.56x oversubscription in the retail category alone. Of these, 3.34 crore shares were bid at the cut-off price, reflecting strong investor confidence.

Among QIBs, the bids were diversified across:

  • FIIs: 14.89 lakh shares
  • Domestic Financial Institutions: 33.60 lakh shares
  • Others (QIBs): 11.77 lakh shares

NIIs, particularly individual HNIs, also showed significant interest, accounting for over 91 lakh shares.
