New Delhi: Design and technology services provider Tata Elxsi on Tuesday reported a 10 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 170.30 crore during the September quarter of FY27, aided by growth in key verticals.
The company had posted a profit of Rs 154.82 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal, according to a regulatory filing.
Tata Elxsi’s revenue from operations rose 14.98 per cent to Rs 1,055.66 crore in Q2 FY27, compared to Rs 918.10 crore in Q2 FY26.
On a quarter-on-quarter basis, the company’s revenue grew by 3.4 per cent. However, its net profit declined by 0.18 per cent.
“We have delivered strong operational excellence and resilient growth across customers and industry verticals in a volatile macro environment,” Tata Elxsi CEO and MD Manoj Raghavan said.
The company’s transportation vertical grew 2 per cent quarter-on-quarter in constant currency terms, and it won a multi-year deal from a leading automotive OEM for a next-generation cloud-based telematics and connected vehicle ecosystem, Raghavan said.
In its Media and Communications vertical, Tata Elxsi recorded 3.4 per cent sequential growth in constant currency terms, led by continued deal ramp-ups across its leading customers and new deal wins, he said.
The healthcare vertical grew 3.5 per cent sequentially in constant currency terms, Raghavan said.
“We look forward to sustaining growth in the second half of the financial year, even as we continue to invest in differentiated AI-first offerings and services and focus on continued operational excellence,” he said.
