Mumbai, September 9, 2025: The SME IPO of Taurian MPS Limited will open today, and investors who want to apply to the IPO can do so from 10:00 AM onwards. Taurian MPS IPO window will close on September 11, 2025, and the shares will list on September 16, 2025, on NSE Emerge.
Taurian MPS Ltd is an Indian engineering and manufacturing company that specialises in machinery and solutions for the construction, mining, and aggregates industries. Taurian MPS Ltd was established on 28th June 2010 and has its headquarters in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Price Band Of ₹162 – ₹171 Per Share
The issue size for the Taurian MPS is ₹42.53 crore, with 24,87,200 shares being offered. The company has set a price band of ₹162 – ₹171 per share, and investors can bid for a minimum of 1,600 shares, in multiples of 800 shares, at an upper price band of ₹2,73,600. The allotment finalisation is expected on September 12, 2025. The credit of shares and refund initiation is expected on September 15, 2025.
₹11.2 Crore Raised From Anchor Investors
On September 4, 2025, the company raised ₹11.2 crore from anchor investors by allocating them 6,55,200 shares at ₹171 per share. Sis institutional investors bought the shares, while no allotment was done to any mutual fund.

Total Income at ₹73.70 Crore, While PAT Drops
For the financial year ending 31st March 2025, Taurian MPS Ltd. (TAURIAN) reported an increase in its financial figures compared to the previous year. Total Income rose to ₹73.70 crore from ₹44.17 crore, while Total Assets nearly doubled to ₹73.17 crore from ₹39.12 crore. The company’s Net Worth also grew, reaching ₹34.30 crore compared to ₹19.29 crore in 2024. Despite this growth, Profit After Tax (PAT) saw a drop to ₹9.50 crore from ₹11.32 crore. EBITDA climbed from ₹8.14 crore to ₹15.08 crore. The company’s Total Borrowing also increased slightly to ₹9.11 crore from ₹7.17 crore.
