Mumbai September, 18: TCM Limited has entered into a memorandum of understanding with a private partner to jointly develop a residential project at Kalamassery in Ernakulam, Kerala, according to an exchange filing dated September 16, 2026. The proposed development will be undertaken through a special purpose vehicle.
