Mumbai, August 10: Technocraft Ventures IPO picked up pace on the second day of bidding, with the ₹251.88 crore issue subscribed 3.44 times by 11:54 AM on August 10, 2026. The issue opened for subscription on August 7 and will close on August 11.

Demand was visible across all three investor categories. The NII portion was subscribed 4.77 times, followed closely by the QIB category at 4.48 times. Retail investors had subscribed 2.27 times their allotted portion by the same time.

The IPO has a price band of ₹200 to ₹212 per share and a lot size of 70 shares. It comprises a fresh issue of 95.05 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹201.51 crore and an offer for sale of 23.76 lakh shares worth up to ₹50.37 crore.

The Technocraft Ventures IPO was subscribed 3.44 times as of 11:54 AM on August 10, 2026, according to the latest subscription data.

In absolute terms, investors had bid for 2,85,78,760 shares against 83,17,190 shares offered to the public categories. The QIB figure excludes the shares allotted to anchor investors.

The NII segment had the highest subscription among the three categories so far. Retail participation, meanwhile, had moved well above the one-time mark during the second day.

QIBs had placed bids for 1,06,52,040 shares against 23,76,690 shares available to them, resulting in a subscription of 4.48 times.

The NII category received bids for 84,96,320 shares against 17,82,150 shares on offer. Retail investors bid for 94,30,400 shares against 41,58,350 shares reserved for the category.

A closer look at the NII book shows stronger demand in the sNII segment. Applications below ₹10 lakh were subscribed 4.89 times, while the bNII segment, covering applications above ₹10 lakh, was subscribed 4.71 times.

The issue had already attracted bids worth 2.59 times the shares on offer on Day 1. On the second day, subscription levels remained firm, with the overall figure reaching 3.44 times by 11:54 AM.

Retail participation showed the clearest movement, rising from 1.01 times on Day 1 to 2.27 times on Day 2. NII subscription also moved higher, from 3.80 times to 4.77 times.

Brief Overview Of The IPO

Technocraft Ventures IPO is a ₹251.88 crore bookbuilding issue with a price band of ₹200 to ₹212 per share. The issue opened on August 7 and will close on August 11, 2026.

The fresh issue consists of 95.05 lakh shares, aggregating up to ₹201.51 crore, while the offer for sale comprises 23.76 lakh shares worth up to ₹50.37 crore.

The IPO has a lot size of 70 shares. At the upper end of the price band, one retail lot requires an investment of ₹14,840.

The total issue comprises 1,18,81,000 shares. Of this, 59,40,500 shares, or 50%, are reserved for QIBs, 17,82,150 shares, or 15%, for NIIs and 41,58,350 shares, or 35%, for retail investors. The QIB allocation includes 35,63,810 shares reserved for anchor investors.

Khambatta Securities Ltd. is the book running lead manager for the issue, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar. Technocraft Ventures is scheduled to list on the NSE on August 14, 2026.
