Mumbai, April 10: TIL Limited has completed the allotment of equity shares under its rights issue, marking a key step in its ongoing capital raising programme.

The board approved the allotment of 1,20,91,760 partly paid-up equity shares to eligible shareholders and renouncees, following the finalisation of the basis of allotment in consultation with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the company said in a regulatory filing on Thursday.

These shares carry a face value of ₹10 each and were issued at ₹123.75 per share, including a premium of ₹116.25. Only a portion of the issue price has been collected at the application stage. The balance will be called in phases, as outlined in the Letter of Offer dated March 20, 2026.

Stock Market Snapshot

TIL Ltd share price moved higher after the company confirmed the allotment, with early trades reflecting a constructive market response.

As of 10:06 IST on April 10, 2026, the stock was trading at ₹210.00, up ₹7.19 or 3.55% so far in the session, according to exchange data. The move follows clarity on the share issuance and capital structure.

The stock opened at ₹204.00 and quickly gathered momentum, touching a high of ₹224.50 during the session. Buying interest appeared steady rather than sharp, suggesting measured optimism rather than speculative activity.

Business Linked To Industrial And Infrastructure Cycles

TIL Limited operates in the material handling and infrastructure equipment segment, supplying cranes and related heavy-duty solutions.

Capital Raise Moves Into Execution Phase

With the allotment now completed, the rights issue transitions from approval to execution. The next phase will involve receipt of remaining call money as and when scheduled.

The updated equity structure, which now includes partly paid shares, reflects this phased approach to funding.
