The Orkla India IPO price band has been confirmed at ₹695-₹730 per share, translating to a total issue size of approximately ₹1,667.54 crore through the sale of 2.28 crore equity shares. The full amount is raised via an Offer for Sale (OFS); no fresh shares will be issued. Existing promoters, including Orkla Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. and shareholders Navas Meeran and Feroz Meeran, are offloading their holdings under the offer.

IPO Dates Locked in with 3-Day Offer and Tentative Listing on 6 November

The subscription window for the Orkla India IPO runs from 29 to 31 October 2025, creating a compressed timeframe for applications. Allotment is expected to be finalised on 3 November 2025, followed by refunds and dematerialised credit on 4 November 2025, ahead of the tentative listing on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on 6 November 2025. This timeline gives market participants a clear schedule for application, allotment, and listing.

Minimum Lot and Price Band Defined at 20 Shares and ₹14,600 Investment

Investors looking to participate in the Orkla India IPO must apply in multiples of a minimum lot of 20 shares, which at the upper price band of ₹730 per share implies a minimum retail investment of ₹14,600.
