The Top Gainers & Losers list gives a quick snapshot of stocks witnessing the strongest price movements during a trading session. It also helps readers see which sectors and individual counters are attracting buying or selling interest. However, a sharp price move should not be viewed in isolation, as trading volume, company-specific developments and broader market conditions can also influence a stock’s performance.
