Tuni Textile Mills Gets ₹301.73 Crore Textile Orders; Shares At ₹1.66

Mumbai, September 23: Tuni Textile Mills has received three domestic purchase orders for woven shirting and finished fabrics covering approximately 1.975 million metres, with the aggregate base order value ranging from ₹295.13 crore to ₹301.73 crore, excluding applicable GST.
According to the company’s disclosure, the orders were received from Disha Clothings Pvt. Ltd., Northakross Syntex Pvt. Ltd. and Sharda Corporation during September 2026.
The orders cover woven shirting, poly-cotton and higher-cotton-content fabrics, along with other finished fabric specifications. The company said the final realisable value will depend on product and design specifications, permissible quantity variations, applicable rate variations and successful execution and acceptance by customers.
The combined order quantity stands at approximately 1.975 million metres. Delivery schedules generally range between 60 and 120 days, while the Northakross Syntex order is required to be completed on or before January 5, 2027.

Northakross Syntex has placed an order for approximately 1 million metres of finished fabric based on approved samples and customer specifications. The rate is ₹145 to ₹150 per metre, implying a base order value of ₹145 crore to ₹150 crore plus GST. The order is to be completed on or before January 5, 2027.
Sharda Corporation has ordered approximately 0.575 million metres, comprising 0.350 million metres of poly-cotton shirting at ₹143 per metre and 0.225 million metres of higher-cotton shirting at the same stated rate. The aggregate base order value is ₹84.925 crore plus GST.
Order Quantity Covers Almost Entire Annual Capacity
The combined quantity of approximately 1.975 million metres is equivalent to around 98.75% of Tuni Textile Mills’ stated annual manufacturing capacity of approximately 2 million metres.
However, the company has clarified that the actual execution mix may include in-house manufacturing, job-work, sourcing and trading arrangements, depending on product specifications and production planning.
The orders are aligned with the company’s existing textile activities, particularly woven shirting and blended-fabric categories. The company said the contracts provide identifiable execution requirements over the coming operating period.
Tuni Textile Mills Expands Shirting Business Visibility
Tuni Textile Mills was incorporated in 1987 and is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of woven fabrics, with a focus on shirting and suiting applications.
The company operates a manufacturing facility at MIDC Murbad in Maharashtra. Its product range includes polyester, cotton, polyester-cotton, polyester-viscose, cotton-linen and other blended fabrics used across different fabric constructions.
The latest orders remain within these existing product categories. Tuni Textile Mills said the orders reflect customer acceptance of submitted quotations, samples and design or style specifications.

The company said the new orders provide meaningful execution visibility for its operations and reflect continued customer engagement across its core shirting and blended-fabric portfolio.
Management said the immediate focus will remain on disciplined production planning, quality, timely delivery and working-capital management. The company also expects execution of the orders to support customer relationships in its core textile segments.
