Ultracab (India) Shares Rise 3.24% After ₹50 Crore L&T Order and Pan-India ARC Win

Rajkot, Thursday, October 16, 2025 – Ultracab (India) Ltd (BSE: 538706) rose 3.24% at 11:35 AM IST after the company bagged two large orders from Larsen & Toubro (L&T), regaining its share in the Indian electric cables market.
Dual Contract Wins from L&T Construction
Ultracab (India) Limited announced receipt of an order from the EPC division of L&T Construction for the sale of LT power and control cables worth ₹50 crore (including tax), which shall be delivered in one year.
Apart from them, the company also acquired an Annual Rate Contract (ARC) from L&T Construction for the annual supply of its 63 LT cable products at over 600+ project sites, regional offices, and factory points in eight business divisions of the L&T Group. Both deals are in the regular order of business. They are likely to contribute to Ultracab’s revenue and reinforce its partnership with L&T, a market leader in the infrastructure and EPC sector.
Key Contract Details
Ultracab (India) Ltd. has been awarded a massive order in the form of a purchase order and an annual rate contract from Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T Construction). The order includes the supply of LT power and control cables, and the contract consists of 63 cable items for more than 600 sites.
The total value of the order is ₹50 crore, including tax, and the order will be executed in one year. The order is in the domestic market and having been executed in the normal course and without any promoter interest.
Market Reaction and Financial Snapshot
The Ultracab (India) Ltd stock prices stand at ₹10.50, a 3.24% gain up to 11:35 AM, October 16, 2025. Ultracab (India) Ltd shares decreased by 34% in the last year, increased by 5.85% in the last six months, and increased 14.38% in the previous five days.
Ultracab (India) Ltd began the day at ₹10.25, up marginally from the previous close at ₹10.17, with volume at 5,48,731 shares and value ₹57.18 lakh. VWAP in the day at ₹10.49.

In the last 12 months, the stock traded above its 52-week high of ₹18.30 and below its 52-week low of ₹8.24. Previously, it touched an all-time high price of ₹33.36 and an all-time low price of ₹3.22. The stock’s face value stands at ₹2, and its book value per share at ₹6.71, with no dividend announced.
