Mumbai August, 10: United Drilling Tools Ltd has received an international order from Tri Lift Services Inc., USA, for the supply of gas lift mandrels, adding another overseas customer to its oil and gas equipment business.

According to the company’s exchange disclosure, the order has an estimated value of ₹48,29,175, including applicable taxes. The contract is commercial in nature and is expected to be executed within four to five months.

The order relates specifically to gas lift mandrels, equipment used in oil and gas production operations. The company said the order has been received in the ordinary course of business.

Tri Lift Services is identified in the filing as the customer awarding the order. United Drilling Tools also disclosed that neither the promoter group nor its group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.

Stock Market Snapshot

The order announcement came as the stock remained slightly weak during Monday’s trading session.

As of 1:18 PM IST on August 10, 2026, the United Drilling Tools share price stood at ₹233.90, down ₹1.08 or 0.46%, according to the market data shown alongside the company disclosure.

The stock had largely moved within a narrow range during the session, with the latest price reflecting a modest decline despite the new international order.

The relatively small order value means the announcement is primarily relevant for its contribution to the company’s overseas customer base rather than as a major change to its overall order book.

Company Background

United Drilling Tools operates in the oil and gas equipment segment, supplying specialised products used across drilling and production activities. Its product portfolio includes equipment and tools associated with oilfield operations, including artificial gas lift systems.

The latest order from a US-based customer adds to the company’s international business exposure. The four to five-month execution window also provides a defined period for delivery under the commercial arrangement.

Conclusion

The ₹48.29 lakh order gives United Drilling Tools another overseas engagement in its core oil and gas equipment business.

For now, the disclosure points to a relatively small but clearly defined commercial opportunity. The company has not indicated any promoter interest in the customer, and the contract is to be executed in the ordinary course of business. Market reaction remained muted, with the stock down 0.46% as of 1:18 PM IST.
