Happiest Minds (+6.7%): Private equity firms EQT and Partners Group, along with ITC Infotech, are exploring a controlling stake in Happiest Minds from founder Ashok Soota, who holds 44%.
Tata power(+4.1%): Shares of Tata Power Ltd. gained after the company signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Gujarat Government for the Mundra Power plant.
