The schedule highlights how concentrated the primary-market activity is during the final week of September, with Mainboard and SME companies coming to the market almost simultaneously.
IPO Market Enters a Busy Phase
The current IPO pipeline extends well beyond the issues opening this week. Prime Database data reported in September showed that 238 companies were in India’s IPO pipeline, representing potential fundraising of around ₹4.66 lakh crore. Jio Platforms and NSE were among the largest proposed issues in the pipeline.
This means investors will continue to see new IPO announcements, subscription windows and listings even after the current batch of September issues concludes.
More Upcoming IPOs to Watch in the Future
Beyond the IPOs already scheduled for September, several large and closely followed companies remain in the pipeline.
Jio IPO
The Jio IPO is among the major upcoming public issues being tracked by the Indian market. Jio Platforms has already filed its DRHP and the proposed issue consists of up to 27 crore fresh equity shares. The company has also received SEBI’s observation for the proposed offering.
The exact Jio IPO date, price band and lot size have not been officially announced. Market reports have pointed to a possible launch around late October or early November, but the final timetable remains subject to an official announcement.
Zepto IPO
The Zepto IPO also remains in the broader IPO pipeline. Zepto filed updated IPO papers in June 2026, proposing a fresh issue of up to ₹8,010 crore along with an offer-for-sale component.
However, Zepto subsequently pushed back its IPO plans while working on additional pre-IPO funding. Its CEO later indicated that the company was targeting a public listing within the next two to three quarters.
OYO IPO
The OYO IPO, being proposed through its parent company Prism, is another major issue in the pipeline. Prism filed updated IPO papers in June 2026 for a fresh issue of up to ₹6,650 crore, with no OFS component in the proposed issue.
Prism founder Ritesh Agarwal said in September that the company was aiming to launch the IPO during the current financial year, although an exact issue date has not been announced.
Upcoming IPOs 2026: Key Dates to Track
For investors following the IPO calendar, the key dates to watch are:
- September 22: New IPO activity begins with Varmora Granito and Anand Seamless.
- September 23: Elevate Campuses, ArMee Infotech, Swastika Infra and several SME IPOs open.
- September 24: Moneyview and A-One Steels India enter the subscription window.
- September 28: Several Mainboard and SME IPOs close.
- Future: Jio IPO, Zepto IPO and OYO IPO remain among the larger names to watch, with their final launch dates dependent on company announcements and market conditions.
Conclusion
The upcoming IPOs calendar is becoming increasingly active, with a combination of Mainboard and SME issues scheduled through the final week of September. Moneyview, Elevate Campuses, A-One Steels India, Varmora Granito and other companies are set to add to the primary-market activity.
Beyond the immediate September calendar, investors will also be tracking larger potential issues such as the Jio IPO, Zepto IPO and OYO IPO. Their timelines and issue details can change, so the latest company and regulatory filings remain the key reference points.
