New Delhi, October 31, 2025 – V2 Retail Limited (NSE: V2RETAIL, BSE: 532867) jumped 5.00% on Friday following the company’s receipt of approval for the issue of Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP).

The FRC, at its meeting held on October 30, 2025, approved the issue opening of QIP and fixed the floor price for the QIP at ₹2,245.75 per Equity Share, in accordance with the pricing formula prescribed under the SEBI Regulations. The Company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the Floor Price, as provided in the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018.

Fund-Raising Committee Update

The Fund-Raising Committee of V2 Retail, which was earlier authorized by the Board and the shareholders, adopted the Preliminary Placement Document and opened the QIP issue on October 30, 2025. The issue would be made to eligible QIBs as defined under Chapter VI of SEBI’s ICDR Regulations and Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The “Relevant Date” for pricing purposes has been fixed as October 30, 2025, and trading in company securities remains restricted for insiders until 48 hours after the determination of the issue price.
