V2 Retail Stock Price Fell 0.11% Despite Strong Q2 Results, Revenue Up 86.5% YoY

New Delhi, Nov 17, 2025: Shares of V2 Retail Limited are trading lower in early morning trade on Monday. As of 11:50 AM IST, the company’s shares are trading at ₹2,372 from their previous close of ₹2,374.50. The share fell 0.11% despite the company’s robust second-quarter consolidated performance. That shows investors are a bit indifferent about the results. The share opened at ₹2,493.20 and traded between ₹2,493.20 and ₹2,345 high and low so far. With a market cap of 8,658.30 Cr., the company has a P/E ratio of 107.70.
Q2 FY26 Consolidated Performance
V2 Retail saw a strong recovery in the September quarter, where it posted a consolidated profit of ₹17.23 crore compared to a loss of ₹1.93 crore for the same quarter last year. On its top line, the company reported revenue of ₹708.6 crore, up 86.5% YoY and significantly above the ₹380 crore in the year-ago quarter. The strong increase in revenue was largely due to improved store performance, stronger traction ahead of the festive period, and an overall pickup in discretionary spending.
V2 Retail Limited is a publicly traded specialty retail firm working throughout India in a values-led apparel and lifestyle format. V2 has been publicly listed since July 2007 and is a component of the Nifty Total Market index. V2 operates across a variety of retail categories, including fashion accessories and general merchandise, aimed at mass market customers.
