Mumbai, October 1: VANS ElectroEngineerings IPO received a strong response on the final day of bidding, with the issue subscribed 628.73 times as of 5:13 PM on October 1, 2026, according to the latest subscription data.
The ₹33.98 crore IPO received bids for 1,21,31,96,400 shares against 19,29,600 shares offered to the public, excluding the anchor investor and market maker portions.
The NII category recorded the highest subscription at 1,031.87 times. Within the NII segment, bNII subscribed 1,183.00 times, while sNII subscribed 737.56 times.
The individual investor category was subscribed 686.32 times, while the QIB category, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 281.65 times. The employee portion was subscribed 0.95 times.

VANS ElectroEngineerings IPO Details
VANS ElectroEngineerings IPO is a book-built issue of ₹33.98 crore and comprises an entirely fresh issue of 28.80 lakh shares. The price band was fixed at ₹112 to ₹118 per share, with the issue closing on October 1, 2026.
The IPO was listed for subscription from September 29 to October 1, 2026. The tentative allotment date is October 5, while the refund is scheduled for October 6. Shares are expected to be credited on October 6, with the company scheduled for listing on the BSE SME platform on October 7, 2026.
The IPO has a lot size of 1,200 shares. At the upper price band of ₹118, retail investors needed ₹2,83,200 to apply for one minimum lot.
The issue included 14,64,000 shares reserved for the market maker, 13,41,600 shares for QIBs, 4,03,200 shares for NIIs and 9,40,800 shares for retail investors. A total of 48,000 shares were reserved for employees.
About VANS ElectroEngineerings
VANS ElectroEngineerings Ltd. was incorporated in February 2022 and is engaged in the manufacturing and supply of components used in traction power supply and overhead equipment systems for Indian railway electrification infrastructure, metro systems and renewable energy applications. Its products are primarily supplied to Indian Railways and railway contractors, and the company operates from its registered office and manufacturing facility in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
