Mumbai, September 29, 2026: Shares of Varmora Granito made their debut on the NSE and BSE at ₹155 per share on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. The listing price was ₹7, or 4.73%, above the company’s final IPO price of ₹148 per share.
The listing followed the completion of Varmora Granito’s ₹708.02 crore IPO, which received 1.42 times overall subscription during the three-day bidding period.

₹708.02 Crore IPO Included Fresh Issue And OFS
Varmora Granito raised ₹708.02 crore through a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale.
The fresh issue comprised 2,16,21,621 shares aggregating ₹320 crore, while the OFS consisted of 2,62,17,634 shares worth ₹388.02 crore.
A fresh issue raises capital for the company, whereas proceeds from an OFS are received by existing shareholders selling their shares.
IPO Received 1.42 Times Overall Subscription
The Varmora Granito IPO received 1.42 times overall subscription, according to the final basis of allotment.
The QIB category, including anchor investors, was subscribed 1.86 times. The NII category received 0.93 times subscription, while the retail portion was subscribed 0.98 times.
The final allotment data showed 6,77,11,612 shares applied for against 4,78,39,255 shares offered across the relevant categories.
QIB Category Received 1.86 Times Subscription
The QIB portion excluding the anchor allocation was subscribed 3.09 times, while the anchor investor portion was subscribed 1.05 times.
The total QIB allocation stood at 2,39,19,626 shares, including 1,43,51,775 shares allotted to anchor investors and 95,67,851 shares reserved for QIBs excluding anchors.
The NII allocation comprised 71,75,889 shares, while 1,67,43,740 shares were allocated to retail investors.
Retail Portion Recorded 0.98 Times Subscription
The retail category was subscribed 0.98 times at the close of the issue. Investors in this category were offered 1,67,43,740 shares.
Within the NII segment, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh received 0.94 times subscription, while the portion below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 0.92 times.
The final allotment data showed 1,38,066 applications across the issue categories.
Minimum Retail Application Required ₹14,948
The IPO lot size was fixed at 101 shares. At the final issue price of ₹148, the minimum retail application required ₹14,948.
The issue was open for subscription from September 22 to September 24, 2026, with the shares allotted on September 25 and credited to investors on September 28.
Varmora Granito Shares Trade 4.73% Above Issue Price
At the ₹155 listing price, Varmora Granito shares were trading 4.73% above the ₹148 IPO price.
The market snapshot at 9:59:53 AM IST on September 29 also showed the stock at ₹155, with the displayed trading data recording a volume of 52,63,299 shares.
