Veegaland Developers Raises Rs 63 Crore from Anchor Investors

New Delhi: Real estate developer Veegaland Developers Ltd on Wednesday raised Rs 63 crore from anchor investors, ahead of its Rs 210-crore initial public offering (IPO) opening for subscription.
The company has allotted 45 lakh equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 140 apiece, according to a circular uploaded on stock exchanges.
Among the anchor investors are EQ India Fund, Sworn India Alpha Fund, Tiger Strategies Fund-I, Taurus Mutual Fund, Innovative Vision Fund, Visionary Value Fund, and CP Capital, according to the circular.
Veegaland Developers’ IPO will open for public subscription on September 10 and conclude on September 15 with a price band of Rs 130-140 per equity share.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 1.50 crore equity shares aggregating to Rs 210 crore, with no offer for sale component.
Proceeds from the issue will be used to partly fund the company’s ongoing projects, fund unidentified land acquisition, and for general corporate purposes.
