Bhuj, November 10, 2025: Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd (NSE: VENUSPIPES | BSE: 543528) reported a strong financial performance for Q2 FY26, with net profit rising 10.3% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹260.90 million. The company also approved a 5% interim dividend and ratified the conversion of 3,00,000 convertible warrants into equity shares.

Key Financial Highlights (Standalone)

The company reported revenue from operations of ₹2,915.40 million in Q2 FY26, marking a 27.3% year-on-year (YoY) and 5.5% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase. Net profit rose to ₹260.90 million, reflecting a 10.3% YoY and 5.4% QoQ growth. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹12.74, representing a 9.5% YoY and 5.1% QoQ change. For H1 FY26, which ended on September 30, 2025, revenue from operations totaled ₹5,679.54 million, up 21.1% YoY, while net profit was ₹508.54 million, slightly down 0.6% compared to H1 FY25.

Balance Sheet Snapshot

As of September 30, 2025, the company’s total borrowings stood at ₹2,598.28 million, comprising ₹567.78 million in non-current borrowings and ₹2,030.50 million in current borrowings. Cash and cash equivalents were ₹176.70 million, reflecting a healthy liquidity position.

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Directors declared a first interim dividend for FY26 of ₹0.50 per equity share, representing 5% of the ₹10 face value. The total outlay for the dividend is ₹10.36 million. The record date for entitlement is Tuesday, November 18, 2025, and the dividend will be paid on or before December 9, 2025. The company has made full disclosures in accordance with SEBI Regulations 30, 42, 43, and 33.
