Veranda Learning Q2FY26 Net Profit Soars to ₹95.6 Crore on Exceptional Gain

Chennai, October 28: Veranda Learning Solutions Limited released its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. The company reported a net profit of ₹95.64 crore for Q2FY26, compared to a loss of ₹32.15 crore in the same quarter last year.

Veranda Learning Solutions Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in providing training and coaching for competitive exams. The company was established in 2018, and is headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol VERANDA and on BSE with the code 543514.

A Strong Turnaround in Financial Performance

In Q2 FY26, the company reported a net profit of ₹9,564.36 lakh compared to a loss of ₹3,215.06 lakh in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations rose 19.7% year-on-year to ₹12,674.04 lakh. This was supported by an exceptional gain of ₹90.23 crore. Total income increased 19.6% YoY to ₹12,880.99 lakh. Expenses grew by 3.3% to ₹8,055.40 lakh. EPS also improved to ₹11.13 from a loss of ₹3.46 a year ago.

For H1 FY26, total income increased 26.8% YoY to ₹25,177.85 lakh, and profit after tax reached ₹10,160.87 lakh. This is an improvement from a loss of ₹5,839.62 lakh in H1 FY25. EPS stood at ₹12.29. Employee benefit expenses were at ₹1,521.69 lakh. Finance costs declined to ₹1,924.55 lakh from ₹3,289.33 lakh. Depreciation and amortisation stood at ₹1,424.64 lakh. Advertising and promotion expenses declined to ₹416.52 lakh.

Veranda Learning Share Price Falls By 3.18% At ₹254.10 Despite Strong Financial Results

At the market close today, Veranda Learning share price closed at ₹254.10, down by 3.18%, or 8.34 points. The shares made an intraday high of ₹272.50 and an intraday low of ₹250.15. The traded volume stood at 24.25 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹2,512 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹287.90 and their 52-week high at ₹185.30.
