Mumbai, 7 January 2026:- Victory Electric Vehicles International Ltd. IPO opened today, 7th January, 2026. The IPO is a fixed price IPO with price set at Rs 41 per share. The IPO will close on 9th January, 2026. 

Victory Electric Vehicles International Ltd – A Quick Look. 

Victory Electric Vehicles International Ltd. (341184) is an Indian manufacturer of electric vehicles, and its line of products includes EVs that serve the passenger and commercial markets. It has a network of dealerships in a number of states, making it fit in the expanding Indian mobility market. According to Eider (EPHoS Project Manager), Victory has a broader range of product versions, including customised applications.  

The issue is a new equity share of face value of a total of Rs. 34.56 crore at a fixed price of ₹41 per share. There are 3,000 shares in each lot. The minimum amount of investment from an individual investor is around 6000 shares or Rs 2.46 lakh. And for HNI it is 3 lots or 9000 shares. The company will be listed on the NSE Emerge (SME) platform with Corpwis Advisors Private Limited as the lead manager and Maashitla Securities Private Limited as the registrar. 

Victory Electric Vehicles IPO Timeline.  

The public issue began on January 7, 2026, and the subscription period will end on January 9, 2026. The distribution of shares will be given on the basis of the account as on January 12, 2026. The refunds of the un-allotted or extra shares and the credit of the allotted shares will be done on January 13, 2026. It is expected that the shares will be floated on the NSE Emerge on January 14, 2026. 

Victory Electric Vehicles IPO Reservation Structure.  

The IPO shares have been allocated in a way that the allotment is done between the various categories of investors. The market makers, Non Institutional Investors (NIIs), Retail Individual Investors (RIIS), and each category have been allocated some quotas. This allocation structure is designed in such a way that it will enable the involvement of different kinds of investors. 

Victory Electric Vehicles International Ltd. Financial performance. 

In the financial year ending in March 2025, the firm registered a revenue of 50.86 crore, an EBITDA of 7.79 crore and a profit after tax (PAT) of 5.17 crore. These figures form the context of the performance of the company as it rolls out into the open markets.
