Viviana Power Tech secured fresh turnkey contracts worth ₹128.35 crore from PGVCL, reinforcing its power distribution order pipeline as shares jumped over 4%.

Mumbai July, 22: Viviana Power Tech Ltd. has received multiple turnkey contracts worth ₹128.35 crore from its existing customer, Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL), adding fresh execution visibility to its order book.
The company informed stock exchanges that the contracts cover the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductors (MVCC), along with associated accessories and allied works across various 11 KV feeders under PGVCL’s Bhuj Circle and Rajkot Rural Circle as part of the System Improvement (SI) Scheme.
According to the regulatory filing, the total contract value stands at ₹128,34,96,353, inclusive of taxes. The projects are scheduled to be completed within 12 months from the date of the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
Viviana clarified that the contract value had already been included in the order book disclosed through its press release dated July 21, 2026. The present disclosure follows the formal receipt of the work orders in accordance with SEBI’s disclosure requirements.
The company also stated that the contracts have been awarded by a domestic entity, there is no promoter interest in the awarding authority, and the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction.
Stock Gains As Investors Cheer Order Win
The announcement kept investor sentiment positive, with the stock extending its gains during Wednesday’s session.
Viviana Power Tech share price was trading at ₹734.90, up 4.26%, as of 11:48 AM IST on July 22.
Order wins of this nature are generally viewed positively because they improve revenue visibility and reinforce the company’s execution pipeline, particularly when they come from an existing utility client.

Focus Remains on Distribution Infrastructure
The latest contracts are linked to strengthening Gujarat’s electricity distribution network through upgrades to 11 KV feeder infrastructure.
Medium Voltage Covered Conductors are increasingly being deployed by power utilities to improve network reliability, reduce technical losses and minimise outages caused by vegetation, weather-related faults and accidental contact. Utilities across several states have accelerated such upgrades under distribution improvement programmes.
For Viviana, repeat business from PGVCL also reflects its continuing presence in utility-led infrastructure projects, an area that has remained active amid higher public spending on power transmission and distribution.
Company Background
Viviana Power Tech Ltd. provides engineering, procurement and execution services for power distribution and electrical infrastructure projects. Its business includes installation, commissioning and maintenance works for utilities and government agencies, with a focus on strengthening electricity distribution networks.
Conclusion
The fresh ₹128.35 crore order does not alter Viviana’s previously disclosed order book, but it formalises a sizeable contract from an existing customer and adds execution visibility for the coming year. The positive market reaction suggests investors remain optimistic about the company’s ability to convert its order pipeline into sustained revenue growth.
