VK Tyre India Files DRHP for BSE SME IPO: Fresh Issue of 47.2 Lakh Shares

Ghaziabad, October 3, 2025: VK Tyre India Ltd has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for a proposed IPO on the BSE SME platform. The issue comprises a 100% fresh issue of 47,20,000 equity shares, with no Offer for Sale (OFS) component. Hem Securities Ltd has been appointed as the book running lead manager to the issue, while Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd will act as the registrar.

VK Tyre India Ltd is an Indian company that manufactures and supplies automobile tyres and rubber components. The company was established in 2014 and is headquartered in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

Installation of Machinery Key IPO Motive

The company will utilise ₹19.61 crore for installing machinery to expand radial tyre production. Furthermore, it will also use the IP proceeds for modernisation and capacity enhancement at existing plants, and the balance for general corporate purposes.

Total Income At ₹12,280.91 Lakh While PAT At ₹533.37 Lakh

In FY25, the company’s total income reached ₹12,280.91 lakh, up from ₹10,515.98 lakh in FY24 and ₹8,223.99 lakh in FY23. Its profit after tax (PAT) for FY25 was ₹533.37 lakh, up from ₹500.28 lakh in FY24 and ₹162.42 lakh in FY23. Net worth also rose to ₹1,947.09 lakh in FY25 from ₹1,413.71 lakh the previous year and ₹913.44 lakh in FY23. The equity share capital stands at ₹1,312.50 lakh. The earnings per share (EPS) was ₹4.06, up from ₹3.81 in FY24 and ₹1.24 in FY23. NAV per share (net asset value) is ₹14.83 in FY25, compared to ₹18.85 in FY24 and ₹12.18 in FY23.

The company is yet to announce the key details about the IPO, such as the issue price, price band and the lot size. The shares are proposed to be listed on BSE SME.
