Mumbai, October 15, 2025 – Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (NSE: WAAREERTL) shares fell 5.83% during morning trade on Wednesday. This rapid decline came after a major selling of shares by Graviton Research Capital LLP in a bulk deal done on Tuesday, October 14.

Based on exchange filings, Graviton Research Capital LLP disposed of 589,383 shares of Waaree Renewable Technologies at an average price of ₹1,278.40 for an aggregate value of about ₹75.32 crore.
Market Impact
Sale saw the stock price plummet sharply, with the shares opening at ₹1,264 and falling to a low of ₹1,185.00 as of 12:10 pm IST. The traded volume on the NSE was 11.23 lakh shares with the traded value at ₹135.99 crore, indicating increased investor activity.

Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd is part of the Waaree Group, a prominent renewable energy company involved in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of solar projects and complementary solutions.
