Bengaluru, October 8, 2025: The allotment status for the IPO of WeWork India is expected to be finalised today, on October 8. Investors who applied to the issue can check their allotment status by visiting the NSE, or the BSE portal, or through the website of the registrar, which is Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG). In case of successful allotment, the investors will receive the credit of shares into their demat accounts tomorrow, on October 9. The company will also initiate refunds on the same date for investors who did not receive the allotment. The shares of the company are expected to list on NSE and BSE on October 10.
WeWork India is a company that provides premium flexible workspaces across the country. The company operates 68 centres across 7.7 million sq. ft. of premium workspace in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Pune. The company was established in 2017, and is headquartered in Bengaluru, India.

WeWork India IPO Raised ₹1,348 Crore From Anchor Investors
Ahead of WeWork India IPO, the company raised ₹1,348 crore from anchor investors by allocating 2.08 crore shares at ₹648 per share. Key investors included ICICI Prudential Technology Fund, HDFC Balanced Advantage Fund, Motilal Oswal Small Cap Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Midcap Fund, Axis Multicap Fund, Invesco India Smallcap Fund, Tata Multicap Fund, Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio, and Amundi Funds New Silk Road.
WeWork India IPO Overall Subscription At 1.15 Times
The IPO received a total subscription of 1.15 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) category saw the highest demand, with 2,47,66,584 shares bid against 1,38,71,033 offered, with 1.79 times subscription. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) category was subscribed 0.23 times, with 15,68,117 bids for 69,35,515 shares. Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) was subscribed 0.61 times, bidding for 28,22,192 shares against 46,23,677 offered. The employee quota was subscribed 1.87 times with 1,11,481 bids for 59,523 shares. Overall, 2,92,68,374 shares were bid for out of 2,54,89,748 offered.
