Bengaluru, November 10, 2025: The share price of WeWork India Management Limited ended 1.27% lower on Monday, even as the company reported improved financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The results reflected stronger revenue, improved cost efficiency, and higher occupancy across centres in terms of its revenue, cost efficiency, and higher occupancy across centres.

WeWork India Management Limited is a Bengaluru-headquartered company. It operates across 70 centres across eight cities with over 1.1 lakh desks under management. The company specialises in providing flexible workspace solutions to enterprises, startups, and professionals. The scrip is listed on both NSE and BSE under the symbol WEWORK.

Q2 FY26 Financial Performance

The company reported a strong and steady growth in its profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company’s revenue from operations rose to ₹574.7 crore. This is up from ₹535.3 crore in Q1 FY26 and ₹469.5 crore in Q2 FY25. Operating and other expenses of the company were slightly lower than the previous quarter at ₹194.6 crore. This is compared with ₹199.5 crore in Q1 FY26. The company posted a healthy margin of 66.8%, up from 63.4% in the previous quarter.

The company’s EBITDA was recorded at ₹390.9 crore. The company reported a profit before tax of ₹6.2 crore. This is a turnaround from a loss of ₹14.1 crore in Q1 FY26. After tax, the profit stood at ₹6.4 crore, giving a PAT margin of 1.1%.

The Managing Director and CEO of WeWork India Management Limited, Karan Virwani, said that the Q2FY26 performance reflects the resilience of the company’s business model. Under Ind As, the company recorded a strong revenue growth, improved margins, and a return to profitability. We, as a business, focus on scaling sustainable operations and strive to deliver value to our enterprise clients.

Share Price Update

WeWork India Management shares closed with a 1.27% dip on Monday. The scrip opened at ₹626, hit a high of ₹656, and a low of ₹620. In the previous month, WeWork India shares recorded a 0.76% dip and a 2.69% dip in the previous five days.
