Yaap Digital IPO is a book-built issue aggregating ₹80.11 crore. The issue consists entirely of a fresh issue of 55,25,000 equity shares. The IPO opened for subscription on February 25, 2026, and will close on February 27, 2026. The shares are proposed to be listed on NSE SME.

The price band has been fixed at ₹138 to ₹145 per share. The lot size for application is 1,000 shares.

Among the investor categories, the QIB (Ex-Anchor) segment recorded 3.74 times subscription. The NII category was subscribed 1.22 times, while the Retail Individual Investors (RII) portion was subscribed 0.30 times.

In absolute terms, the issue received bids for 54,40,000 shares against 36,72,000 shares offered, excluding anchor and market maker allocations.
