Hyderabad, October 17: Zen Technologies Limited’s share price rose today, after the company announced that it has completed the 100% acquisition of Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL). As of 11:50 AM, the share price was up by 2.36%, or 31.80 points, and was trading at ₹1,381.50. Until now, the shares have traded within a range of ₹1,392 and ₹1,347. The traded volume stood at 2.74 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹12,186 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹2,627 and their 52-week low at ₹945.35.

Zen Technologies Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in providing defense training solutions. It was established in 1993 and is headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol ZENTEC and on BSE with the code 533339.

Completion of 100% Acquisition of Applied Research International

The rise in the share price comes after the company announced that it has completed the 100% acquisition of Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL). With the acquisition, ARIPL will now be identified as a subsidiary of Zen Technologies. The company bought the remaining 24% stake in ARIPL, as it held 76% previous to the acquisition.

Comprehensive Simulation and Training Solutions

With the acquisition, Zen Technologies will now be able to provide comprehensive simulation and training solutions. It will be able to provide solutions across all three branches of the Indian armed forces, which are the Army, Navy, and Air Force. This move will aid the company in improve its position in India’s indigenous defense technology sector.

Ashok Atluri, Chairman and Managing Director, said the acquisition “marks a significant step toward building a comprehensive simulation portfolio across the defence spectrum.” He added that bringing ARIPL’s maritime and naval expertise under the Zen umbrella “strengthens our ability to deliver integrated training solutions across multiple services and positions Zen for future expansion into the air domain.”
