About Infrax Renewable Limited

Infrax Renewable Limited, incorporated in September 2024, is a solar energy company engaged in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects. The company also supplies solar products, including photovoltaic modules, inverters and related equipment. In addition, it operates as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) through its 1.2 MW solar power plant in Gujarat under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited. Infrax Renewable provides end-to-end solar solutions covering project design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning and operations and maintenance. The company has a dealer network, warehouses in Rajkot, Ahmedabad and Kanpur, and branch offices across multiple states.

Infrax Renewable Limited IPO Overview

Infrax Renewable Limited is launching a fixed-price SME IPO comprising 39,31,200 equity shares aggregating up to ₹40.88 crore. The issue consists of a fresh issue of 32,50,800 shares aggregating up to ₹33.81 crore and an offer for sale of 6,80,400 shares aggregating up to ₹7.08 crore. The IPO will open for subscription on 9 September 2026 and close on 11 September 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on 15 September 2026, while refunds and credit of shares to demat accounts are scheduled for 16 September 2026.
